Organize

Guests, RSVPs, budget, and to-dos live in one plan, so there’s one place to look and nothing to chase.

Research

Shortlist venues and vendors with the quotes and contracts attached, then decide with everything in front of you.

Schedule

Build the day-of timeline, seating chart, and menu right next to the rest of the plan.

Lay out the room. Seat the guests.

Drag tables, a dance floor, a bar, and a tent onto your floor plan and size them to your venue. Then seat your guests table by table, and print the plan for your venue and vendors.

Forward it. We’ll file it.

Got a quote, a contract, or a guest list buried in your inbox? Forward it to your Ensemble address. Maestro picks out the payments, dates, guests, and to-dos, and you review everything before it’s added.

Ask Maestro, not your inbox

Once a contract is in, just ask Maestro, your planning assistant. When will my photographer be on-site? What events does that cover? How much is extra time?

Maestro can also do the clicking for you: add a household, log a gift, or draft a note to the florist. It has read every tab, so it already knows your plan.

How it works

  1. 1

    Get your invite

Ensemble is invite-only for now. Leave your email and we’ll be in touch.

  2. 2

    Make it yours

Add your names, pick your colors, and choose Maestro or Maestra to coordinate. Your whole workspace takes on your palette.

  3. 3

    Plan together

Bring in your partner, family, or planner. Everyone sees the same plan, so nobody has to ask who booked the band.
